By subscribing to the lists below you can receive the information you wish at any email address. You can change your subscriptions or unsubscribe at any time.

Version 3.1 clients can subscribe to the following lists:

  • Maintenance Downtime - dates and times that there is planned maintenance for system hardware
  • Emergency Notices - any issues the system is experiencing that may cause downtime for registrations

Version 4.0 clients can subscribe to the following lists:

  • Release Notices and Notes - information on all the system updates, including new feature and bug fix notes
  • Maintenance Downtime - dates and times that there is planned maintenance for system hardware
  • Emergency Notices - any issues the system is experiencing that may cause downtime for registrations
  • Webinar Schedule - notification when new FREE classes are being offered via webinar
  • Thriva Tips and Tricks - training hints and links to new videos with "how-to" info on timely topics

Archive of past updates on the Thriva system, including releases, issues and new features:

5/1/2009 - Release Notice
This will be a small release focused on fixing a set of bugs reported by clients through Support Requests. The release will begin on Monday, 5/4/2009, at 5:00pm PDT and will be completed by 10:00pm PDT. There will be no downtime for this release, but you may experience some minor slowness while in the management system during this time.

4/24/2009 - Maintenance Downtime
We will be performing maintenance on the system from 11:00pm PDT on 4/29 to approximately 4:00am PDT on 4/30. Your database will experience approximately 5-10 minutes of downtime at some point during this time frame.

4/22/2009 - Release Notice
